Led by chef David Jacobson and his partner Raluca Romero, Cheezy’s is no pretender to the throne. Jacobson was a chef for two decades at all the right pizza parlors: Pizza My Heart, Pizzeria Delfina, and Flour + Water Pizzeria to name a few in the city. He’s now leading his first shop at Saluhall which isn’t taking itself too seriously: It’s named after his scampy dog Cheezy, a pint-sized Chihuahua. Though don’t worry, the pizza is serious!
